I discover that I have deep muscles!


This sporty and fun activity consists of a series of sheathing and muscle-building exercises using large, adjustable, ultra-strong suspended straps that can support up to 150 kg of tension.


By playing with the suspension, and therefore the body weight, we mobilize muscles that are totally unsuspected, those that are well buried underneath! For the dorso-abdominal belt, it is extra. A perfect discipline for those who suffer from weak knees or lumbar vertebrae, because with the straps, no impact.


Here, no inflation, we sculpt our silhouette with finesse, because it is the deep muscles that work by using gravity. And it works!
